Advisory Board

Strategic advantage for every industry

At Absolute Motion, we are not just building control panels and software logic; we’re crafting the future of industrial automation through the wisdom of our Advisory Board. Their leadership is not ornamental — it is the engine that powers our vision forward — faster, stronger, and with uncompromising integrity. Together with our board and team, we are transforming automation into a strategic advantage for every industry we serve.

KP Nigam

With a career that moved from government expert committees to building entrepreneurship platforms, KP Nigam brings the rare capability of connecting macro policy vision with micro industrial execution. A former member of the High-Power Expert Committee of the Planning Commission of India on Local Level Development, and advisor to various MSME boards and MCHI-CREDAI Maharashtra, he subsequently founded the Paramone Group of Companies — a platform bridging enterprise growth and strategic finance. At Absolute Motion, KP Nigam’s insight drives our emphasis on self-sustaining business models, inclusive growth pathways and strategic finance frameworks that support automation at scale.

Maya Swaminathan Sinha

A former Indian Revenue Service officer and Deputy Chairman of the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Maya Swaminathan Sinha’s three-decade career spans public sector leadership, rural entrepreneurship, and strategic governance. She serves as Director at CMC Skills Pvt Ltd — which operates large-scale skill-development initiatives across India. Her role on our Advisory Board anchors Absolute Motion’s commitment to robust corporate governance, career-ecosystem linkages, and strategic partnerships — especially in sectors where automation meets large work-forces and industrial integration.

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Kamal Maheshwari is a techno-commercial leader with over 25 years of infrastructure experience. He has overseen large-scale projects (more than INR 25,000 crores) across water, solar energy, waste management and smart-cities. At Absolute Motion, Kamal guides our infrastructure expansion strategy, capital-raising initiatives, and market positioning — enabling us to scale industrial automation into new geographies and turnkey sectors.

Sanjay Moitra

A mechanical engineer by training, Sanjay Moitra joined the Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) in 1982 and rose to serve as Director (Onshore), supporting major production assets and satellite fields. In the realm of energy-centric automation, Sanjay brings deep industry insight, operational governance, and strategic development experience — empowering Absolute Motion to build reliable automation solutions for large-scale process industries and energy systems.
